Account paused with no response back

I’ve used TestUltimate before, and this is my second time using it after failing my first test — but this time the experience has been awful and honestly feels like a waste of money. I upgraded my package specifically to receive SMS notifications, as I often miss emails. But after upgrading, I couldn't find any option on the website to enable SMS alerts. I’ve contacted support several times about this and haven’t had any response. The reason I upgraded in the first place was because I missed an email about a test that I actually could have taken — but by the time I saw it, it was too late. Later, I rejected a test I couldn’t attend, and then my account was suddenly paused? I never asked for my search to be paused, and again, I’ve tried contacting support to fix this with no reply. I’m extremely stressed. I’m going on annual leave from 5th–19th July, and I was really hoping to have my test booked before then. For the price of this service, the lack of communication and support is unacceptable. I check my account every day, and it’s still paused — with no updates at all. At this point, I feel completely ignored. If I don’t hear back very soon, I will escalate this through small claims court and file a complaint with the relevant authorities. Your company is registered on the UK government’s website, and I will be taking legal advice — my father is a lawyer, and I’m prepared to take this further if this isn’t resolved. Please respond and resume my search as a matter of urgency.
