Account Blocked and Ramp Won't Tell us Why
I received an email saying that Ramp would not process any transactions for us ever. It said we may not have complied with your guidelines but we have carefully read them through and we do comply. We asked for the reason our account was blocked but the email also said that Ramp was not obliged to tell us, and they haven't. We would like to know so we can make any changes necessary to comply. Very unprofessional and unhelpful.
