Always found the customer service team helpful and easy to deal with. It’s never a problem getting through on the phone and calls always returned. Appointments easily made and followed up with a text message. Engineer I found to be polite and respectful, he phoned half an hour before arrival to let me know he was on his way. Would recommend Be Smart My only negative is having to pay an excess and an additional £100 if the boiler is over 10 years old
