From the start of my transaction; I first made contact with Jane by telephone to let her know I was looking to buy an investment property in the Leamington area, in particular, Gas Street. Jane did, indeed, ring me on a Sunday afternoon to let me know that she has been out to this property and would I be interested in viewing it. That was the start, considering it was a Sunday, I was impressed to say the least. From then on, she has kept me informed on a regular basis and any questions or queries I have had with regard to the property, she duly dealt with speedily, efficiently and came back with the appropriate information. Jane Canning is a rare commodity in this day and age and Peter Clarke should be proud that she represents their company. I deal with Estate Agents on a regular basis as I am an Investment Buyer. This has been by far, the most efficient and pleasant experience I have had. I hope, that in the future, I can have more dealings with the company. Because of the way I have been dealt with, I have decided to use the "Full Management Service" which, incidentally, Jane Canning offered right at the start of these negotiations. So, not only did she promote the Sales side of their business, she also, promoted the Rental side too!
