I placed an order with this company on the 3rd June 2021. Constant requests for order status update have been ignored.
I placed an order with this company on the 3rd June 2021. I have written to this company, asking for a status report on where my wine is. I received one update on the 8th June stating that they were awaiting supply from their supplier. Payment has been taken, and here we are 25 days later and I do not have a clue where the goods are. Customer Service levels at this business is appalling.
