A bad experience turned around
For every bad experience there is someone who restores your faith. Liam contacted me shortly after leaving this review and resolved the issue I had . He didn’t butter anything up, admitted their failures and promised to put it right. He did with the order delivered by the end of the week. Result - review changed . Had Liam been the one contacting and communicating originally I don’t think I would have had any issues .
