Refunds
After 4 weeks of returns (the item ordered and cancelled the next day, meaning wasn't delivered at all) We haven't received refunds yet. First they started negotiating £10 discount to not cancel the item or buy another similar product, after 14 emails back and forth finally agreed for refunds which according to them will take 10 days, it's been a month and we still haven't received and emailed again after 2 days received reply that refund request was missed and again back in queue!! The one item we bought is poor quality. Never buying again from homedone.
