My sales person was Jacob
My sales person was Jacob. Very personable and high pressured. He put creams on my face and it looked fine. That evening my face felt itchy. By the morning I had welts on my check. I called and spoke to Jacob. He didnt understand why this would happen, but it did. I had to take Benadryl. He said I should speak to Gil his bookkeeper for a refund. This was going on for a couple of weeks. So I put in a dispute with my credit card company. I am still waiting for a response from Jacob. I only hope that they are kind enough to refund me my money, since this is a lot of money to lose. I will write more when it is resolved.
