Great experience overall!
I went to Miles with not much knowledge in in ears and he started it off with a call which was refreshing. A personal approach which made the in person session to get my ears scanned quicker to process as we kinda knew where my ear was leaning towards. Friendly and very knowledgeable I'd highly recommend you check out Miles if you need custom in ears! Even towards the end of the process Miles made it clear he wanted to make sure I was fully updated!
