Amazing service from start to finish! Purchased 2x Burberry t-shirts which arrived promptly. I needed to exchange these for a size smaller as they were slightly oversized. I opened an exchange via the returns portal, got the return instructions instantly and returned the items. 5 days on and they dispatched my exchanges and I received them today and they fit perfectly. Couldn't be more happier and thank you to Millie for the quick help and quick responses on the Instagram page!
