So first let me say I received…

So first let me say I received excellent customer service. I set out to make my tan leather chair brown, in order to cover years of stains. I ordered the mocha brown because I love dark brown and I love (decaf) coffee. I didn’t order enough product and I had no clue what I was doing. I sent them a video pleading for help and they responded the next day. Their customer service was amazing and helpful. I still need to do some touch ups on the chair, but overall it looks pretty good and you couldn’t tell I added the color unless you inspected the chair and we’re looking for it. I don’t think I could resell the chair, but that wasn’t my intention. If you came and visited the me, and you saw the chair, it looks like a normal chair, but if you inspected it in detail, you would see that it’s covered over. I am giving one star off because the mocha looks black. In retrospect, I should have called them and asked more questions about the colors, and they would have helped me. So now instead of a brown chair, I have a black chair. Also, the chair is electric and I can’t get the color near the motorized part of the chair. I did, and the motor stopped working and I quickly wiped it off. So my chair looks a little interesting by the buttons, but I’m not staring at a stained chair anymore. The chair was stained to the point where my husband wanted to toss it, so I had nothing to lose going into this venture. I’m sure I will need more leather dye in the future (dust mite allergies) and I will use their products again. I will however, call for more information and advice on the specific product. So my advice would be to use the products but call and ask all your questions first. So overall a 4 star rating for saving my chair, but not a 5 star because I ended up with a black chair with some imperfections and not the perfect brown chair of my dreams. I’m still very grateful to them! Thank you for saving my chair.
