Poor Quality.
.It feels as though they purposely make it difficult to make a claim .Once you have made a claim, the time it takes for them to get back to you with an answer can be frustratingly long .If your claim is denied, they will still tie you down to pay the rest of your policy otherwise you cannot cancel the policy - Even though they haven't paid out a penny - To continue the above. They refuse your claim, then force you to keep paying for nothing? - Reply 2/3/22: I was contacted by their customer relationship manager, who I appreciate did his best to try and resolve the issue. We did manage to come to a solution which was good, but I do believe that they should review their policy in regards to cancelling coverage, for the benefit of future customer relations. Many thanks
