Robbed my money. Disgusting and awful customer service.
Disgusting and awful. DO NOT order from here. They ROBBED my money & still have NOT ANSWERED my EMAILS since 28th May intentionally to rob & keep my money, despite I have sent multiple of emails. Absolutely horrible and blatantly ignoring emails regarding my lost order and not even giving me a replacement or refund despite I contacted Royal Mail. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes. Black & white mary janes. They didn’t arrive for over 2 weeks. They got lost in shipping. I contacted KOI and they said to contact royal mail to find out if its missing or delayed. Royal mail classed as missing item, and told me to contact KOI to file a claim so I can get a refund or replacement, depending on what I wanted. I wanted a replacement. They told me that to support the claim, they wanted royal mail to provide written confirmation of missing item. So AGAIN I phoned royal mail, and they said KOI does NOT NEED a written confirmation , for KOI to provide claim to give me refund/replacement. They said this is because KOI is their customer for using their delivery service. Once AGAIN, i emailed KOI back regarding this and ever since they HAVE NOT emailed me back at all since 28th May🤷♂️ . I even sent multiple emails after waiting 3-5 days inbetween for replies. NO RESPONSES AT ALL. I have not gotten my money back or replacement still. Disgusting people. NEVER ORDER HERE. I will be telling my family and friends about this disgusting company and to never order here if they dont want to be scammed and robbed, and treated like an insect after contacting them to SEEK HELP from KOI about MY OWN PAID 2 ITEMS being lost thats NOT any of MY FAULT.
