My mother's account has been…
My mother's account has been compromised not once, not twice, but three times in the past two years. Although the first two times the money was returned promptly, they are dragging their feet on this third one. The compromise comes from an ACH account and the transaction is done without dual authentication which has been turned on since 2022. Sending a message to get some more information as to why this keeps happening is met with silence. They state they will reply in 1 to 2 business days but we're on day 5 and two messages with no response. Sorry, this is unacceptable.
