Had two very unpleasant experiences…
Had two very unpleasant experiences with Teasdale, new bike delivered with engine light on and parts broken and / or not working. Required a very heated discussion with Teasdale to get these fixed. Second issue was bike dropped into limp mode ( still under warranty) Teasdale refused to collect it so I had to hire a van, borrow a ramp and straps to get it there. Again argument ensued and warranty claim rejected costing me again. Apparently the fairies had removed a part. This is my first bike purchase from Teasdale and will certainly be the last. Unprofessional/ unhelpful very poor attitude. You have been warned.
