Took my money for a product they didn't have
I ordered an item that showed as being in stock, money was taken and I even received a tracking number and an email confirming that I would receive my item by next day delivery. Only to be informed at a later date that they had oversold the item. No apology and refunds would take up to 10 days. A nice way for them to improve their cashflow.
