I recently purchased a 5000x series case for a new PC build. When working on getting everything setup I slipped up and badly damaged the glass. When I reached out to Corsair customer support, they responded quickly and told me they could send me a replacement one right away. Andrew Freeman was the representative I dealt with and he responded rapidly throughout the process. I appreciate the support and look forward to using more Corsair products.
