That everything is organized by Travel Dept, including transfers and tours, Our guide this time was Claudia who was excellent . The o ly negative was wheel chair access to plane. It seemed more involved with / Aer Lingus than Ryanair I have been many times to Tuscany and the grand hotel plaza is fantastic!
