The one on one online experience was amazing. From first phone call to last online talk about how they are around to help with anything now that my child has been tested and has a diagnoses. It was a pleasure working with Dr. Thanh Ngo she spoke slow and constantly asked if I had any Questions. They also made it easy to afford the testing by offering a great payment plan.
