Great training!
I highly, highly recommend Online Yoga School as you embark on your yoga teaching journey. I have loved so much about it: the self-paced nature has allowed me to take the course at my own pace, which allowed me to focus on deepening my own practice, improving my ability to teach. I appreciated the way OYS continually adapted the curriculum to reflect changes in society, and also how new teachers were welcomed in to share their expertise. It is clear that the team engages thoughtfully with feedback and intentionally works to improve the program and share new learnings. I also found the entire team incredibly caring in their engagement with me. The online community was wonderfully supportive. I feel prepared to safely and skillfully teach my own classes now, and also know that I have the support of the online community of past alum and of the OYS team going forward. I could not speak more highly of the course.
