HORRIBLE COMPANY! Horrible person named Tyler! Stay far away! BEWARE!
HORRIBLE COMPANY! My experience is with a guy named Tyler Browne who is the ONLY EMPLOYEE. I placed an order for a vaporizer that did not arrive and I then opened a missing package claim with ups and also filed a police report per ups request so they could issue the refund with the company and another product could be sent out. Tyler Browne assured me they would send another product and just to get him that number and any info I could so I sent him a copy of my claim with ups and instructed him that ups told me all he needed to do now is update his claim for the item and they would refund the money to him. Tyler Browne tried claiming ups had no knowledge of it, but at one point told me he had an open claim with them on it. He made up all kinds of lies with nothing to back them up and even attacked my character and use vulgar language with me. Ups was very open about the matter to me and apologized for their driver signing for the package and leaving it when that was not what was supposed to happen. They told me to have the company contact them so I sent their info to Tyler Browne but he didnt seem to care and never contacted the ups office handling the claim or did he ever call the correct police agency. I told him what police agency I filed the report with and he made up a lie saying he called and they had no record of it. I asked what number he called and he sent me a number of a different police department that the one handing it. Come to find out he called the wrong police station and then when I informed him of his mistake he told me he could not invest any more time on this matter and to contact my credit card company for a refund. I have all the emails for proof if anyone wants them let me know. In the end Tyler Browne has backed up my claims with his slanderous reply(which has been removed due to his abuse of power) and no professionalism at all in his actions. He wasted countless hours of my time with no intention of ever issuing a refund or sending another item. All he had to do was update his already opened claim with a police report number and he would have received a refund and now that my credit card company has issued the charge back he is all upset again, poor little Ty Ty. Just wanted to warn everyone of this company and to stay far far away!" DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY OR WASTE YOUR VALUABLE TIME! Tyler Browne will gladly waste your time if you do! The other way you can tell they are scammers and hiding negative reviews from you is to check their Facebook. They used to have a “reviews” section till too many people left negative reviews and they deleted them all and took away your ability to leave a review for them on their page because they know they are ripping you off and want to hide it from the public! They also made it impossible for you to comment on their posts because of the same reason, they had to cover up and delete all the negative comments to hide the truth from you!! Just an update, to verify all Tyler’s claims to be untrue. Full refund received and Tyler’s claims were unfounded. A complete waste of your time if you order from Tyler and his mom and their garage run operation.
