I posted a comment last week and also submitted two written complaints about not being able to get on yoga class for Saturday am with no response from management. I work full time so weekend is the best time for me. Booking opened at 7am today for next Saturday and I booked at 7:11 to find that I am already on the waitlist for next Saturday. How is this possible. I note Ben's response to my other comment which says sorry for the inconvenience but this problem needs to be fixed.
