Disappointing
Bought two coffees at London King’s Cross for the train journey. In one the oat milk curdled and I was told it was the acidity of the coffee. The barista then voluntarily made another with a different bean. I’m older and prefer a stronger coffee taste. Despite recommendations we both found the coffee lousy (luke warm and bland). Finally, I know it’s not easy serving the public but a smile and some warmth go a long way.
