Might be the first but won’t be the last!
We have just returned from our first cruise, this was a Mediterranean Cruise which we embarked on 1st May 2025 for a week. The experience was brilliant from the very start at Manchester Airport where we were told we wouldn’t see our cases until we got to the ship! We arrived at Valletta Airport and it was a ten minute transfer through to the port. When we arrived at the port it was a straight forward process we were checked straight in given our cruise cards and onto the ship. The ship was absolutely fabulous (P&O Azura), there was something for everybody. We had an internal cabin, there was plenty of room, the mattress was so comfy! All of the food was brilliant, the speciality restaurants were great. We tried The Glass House and ventured to The Beach House twice, the prime fillet steak was sensational! The ports of call were Split, Dubrovnik, Corfu and Taranto. The Croatian ports of call were very picturesque and plenty to see and do. Corfu was good but we were slightly disappointed with Taranto and did not feel that there was much to do. The staff were absolutely fantastic and could not do enough for us. Special thank you to our housekeeper Rony was so lovely, and really accommodating. Hitesh the watch specialist was also excellent and so knowledgeable. Might be the first but it won’t be the last, will definitely be booking another
