Having had a fantastic experience with Cruise 1st I looked to book a Caribbean Cruise of for the 20th Dec 2025. Once I had chance to review the emailed quote I discovered they were quoting an extra £99 per person for the drinks package compared to the advertised price on the Cruise First TV Chanel. I asked for them to match the advertised price and even though the advisor heard the price as the program was on the TV at the time, told me that the manager would not honour it even though it was their fault. Needless to say on principle I did not book the cruise and have booked another cruise direct with the Cruise Line. I would advise double checking all details before booking with Cruise 1st!!
