I am suffering from knee arthritis …
I am suffering from knee arthritis since about last 1 year. My treatment was going on in Max vaishali hospital. One day I came across an ad of research ayu clinic of this co Techclinic connect pvt limited which dealt in knee and other bone joint treatments through ayurved. They promised breakthrough treatment of regrowing lost cartilage in knee joints. Their consultation fees was 240 as mentioned in advertisement. So after taking appointment I visited research ayu clinic situated at Dayanand vihar preet vihar Delhi along with my earlier Xray and MRI reports just to have a parallel opinion about my knees.After I went there on18-10-2026 one shaista madam and another lady counsellor name unknown prescribed me rs 70000 thousand package for 20 therapies and medicine for the same period of 20 days. Meanwhile they asked me to have one complimentary massage therapy to test and try the service which I refused but the lady insisted again and again in such a manner that it was a selling and pre-planned gimmick to lure and entrap the prospective new unsuspecting clients. After about 50 minutes only massage therapy when I returned to the counsellor room they asked me to register. I told them that 70000 is a big amount for me and I can't afford such amount in a short span of 20 days treatment and my treatment is already going on in Max hospital.But they kept on insisting and said they have a tie up with2 loan co and they could arrange loan.After due process on mobile they could not arrange loan after checking my credentials. I said that I have paid the consultation fees and when I would be able to manage the amount or get loan that I would start the treatment. But they didn't let me go and said you had a massage therapy already done now you can't discontinue the treatment. You have to pay a minimum 10000 and the rest we will surely arrange loan from some other company Tommorow since it's evening and closing time and we will arrange loan on mobile only yu only provide otps. Initially I was hesitant but after continuous pressurising me and harrassing me for more than 1hour I was compelled to make a payment of 10000 through UPI since there was a huge staff of around 15 to 20 male and female dominant messsuers and employees . After making the UPI payment They asked me to take receipt and sign some documents which were not clearly visible as my reading glasses were in the vehicle downstairs when I told them its not clearly visible , the lady told me it's just formality and yur loan will be approved Tommorow. The next day I called . Nobody picked . In the evening when I had conversation with some lady over there she told me loan is not possible we can get loan in yur wife or brother or some relative name . I asked that i am not in a position to continue treatment and the medicines yu gave me they are untouched , I am returning it as it is . Plz refund my 10000 rs as i can't pay such huge amount 70 k in 20days After repeated request she told me that WE don't have any refund policy. Yu can avail partial benefit of 2 therapy and medicine in 10k. When I said how only a little partial treatment of 10 k will work and it will be waste for me she replied that she is sorry and can't refund my money. I felt trapped and cheated by their gimmick and searched about the company in reviews and learnt from trusted and trustpilot reviews about same modus operandi used by the clinic by trapping them by forcing clients into having trial massage therapy and unwillingly making them register and pay.
