Die Produkte sind gut, der Service schlecht

Die Produkte sind gut. Der Service unterste Schublade. Seit Monaten will ich meine automatische Bestellung, ALS kündigen. Obwohl ich mehrfach gekündigt und meine Einzugsermächtigung zurück gezogen habe, werden mir weiterhin Päckchen gesendet. Links funktionieren nicht. Immer dann wenn ich kündigen möchte, wohlgemerkt!
