Truly a worst-case scenario.
Truly a worst-case scenario. First, I ran into massive issues applying the voucher I received as a gift—an unnecessarily complicated and confusing user experience, especially with the constant mix-up potential around coupon codes. Then I ordered a large item, and at no point during checkout was it mentioned that delivery wouldn’t go up to my flat. In the middle of my workday, I had to interrupt everything, rush downstairs, miss a meeting, and carry the heavy shipment up myself. Honestly, I’ll never order from this shop again. Completely customer-unfriendly—this is not how an online store should operate.
