The most pathetic experience I've ever had with an online Tea seller. Never again. They false advertise on their site, send you a different product than what is advertised, then waste days of your time when you request a return & refund and beat you with excuses while ignoring your return label request - telling you they knew it was falsely labeled for years and didn't bother to fix it, and I should just be happy with it? NOPE. Go elsewhere to an honest business. These guys are scummy, sleazy, and dishonest.
