Beginning of the end
Most recently before this final year started the date were changed from Saturdays to Sundays with out any discussion, this cause me so much stress due to personal reason and commitments i have, I contacted student support and they were very blase to me and my feelings and gave me the simplest of answers which was sorry you will have to leave the course fill out a form( not good practice) how ever it is now resolved after a very stressful time (customer training i think would help your staff
