Find a different way to shop at Ralph’s
I’ve been shopping at Ralph’s for years. Their website never works properly. Today was the topper. The shopper never got permission for substitutions. Left our food at the door without letting us know the food was here. All the ice cream melted. Never even rang the doorbell. It seems Ralphs doesn’t train their workers. They don’t care about their customers. I’m discouraged With their lack of following thru on anything. Something is wrong with their system & I assume they just don’t care.
