What a thoroughly nice, professional, efficient and user-friendly company to deal with. All the positive reviews are accurate. Our water softener was 15 years old and we now know that’s a typical end of life age. We hadn’t realised it was the cause of our water pressure issues upstairs. That was the only symptom of its ‘end of life’, it was still softening and we had no limescale build-up. Anyway, I found these reviews and contacted the company. Andrew came within a few days, dismantled it and showed me how the resin beads had turned mushy. He quoted for a reconditioned or new one, explained the pros and cons of each and we chose the new one, which he fitted there and then. It has completely transformed our showers so we are delighted. I've always been a fan of water softeners, but learnt a lot more from Andrew’s visit, which was helpful and interesting. I’m ordering salt from them too as it’s a very good price and doesn’t arrive damaged. 100% recommend having a water softener if you live in hard water area and 100% recommend this company to fit it, thank you, so glad I found you!
