I hired a floor scraper for two days…
I hired a floor scraper for two days arrived 31/3 just before 4pm so basically lost the first days hire so had to extend the hire term item was collected early afternoon 4/4 I have tried calling no one picks up after 20 plus minutes left messages via there automated service trying to find out when I will receive my deposit back absolutely no response.Left me with no choice but to leave this bad review Update The deposit has now been processed and refunded back to me Thank you for this, Going forward I hope your company invests in customer services or least somebody to answer the phones
