Cancelled order and charges
I have always ordered currency from them when travelling and have never had a problem. In this instance they decide to question the transaction and then cancel the order. They then charge cancellation fees plus costs to convert the currency back whilst the order and refund is in the same currency. This seems like a scam and I will not be using their service ever again. My funds now tied up as waiting for my money to be refunded whilst they have already taken payment.
