Zero Stars if Possible – iD Mobile’s Support Is a Joke
I recently made the unfortunate decision to switch from O2 to iD Mobile, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. Ever since the switch, all my incoming calls are showing as "Unknown," making it impossible to identify callers. Despite replacing the physical SIM card as advised by their support team, the issue remains unresolved. I’ve contacted their chat support multiple times, only to be met with completely untrained and clueless agents. One tells me to install Truecaller, another suggests changing phone settings, and someone else even advised me to block unknown numbers — none of which address the actual problem. I’ve provided multiple SLAs and spent hours explaining the same issue repeatedly, but nothing has been resolved. The so-called "experts" take ages to understand basic queries and offer inconsistent, often nonsensical solutions. In short, switching to iD Mobile doesn’t just mean changing your mobile provider — it means signing up for endless frustration, wasted time, and complete disregard for customer experience. Their after-sales service is abysmal and their support staff is in dire need of technical training. Avoid at all costs.
