Cheap company,cheap service
Cheap company, cheap service. I paid for 2 months service but I was unable to use their service at all due to an issue with the sim. I am now into month 4 and still waiting for the issue to be resolved and I will clearly be left waiting. Having been sent a second sim that doesnt work, customer service knows it doesnt work but are happy to leave it up to me to sort out myself, well I couldnt be bothered. It was also agreed with a customer service agent that I would be refunded as I was unable to use a service that I paid for but this was of course not done either. I have had conversations with several customer service agents to no avail. The customer is left to deal with the issue themselves. I approached them with caution and thankfully did not trust them to port my number. If I had I would have lost my phone number like others and I am also thankfully still with my other company so I am not left without service. I am very disappointed.
