I ordered the crystal mugs and told they shipped on December 8th,2024. Finally received them the 15th of January. They are the ugliest crappy looking things. Nothing like the picture showed. The stainless steel part of the mug isn't attached, fell right out. I would be highly embarrassed to gift them to anyone. This company should be ashamed for the product and service. I will never order from this fraudulent company again and have warned my friends and family. There is a homeless man on a corner that request help. If I gave him one of these he would throw it back at me. Thrift store won't take them either. Please stay away from this place. Ugly,ugly,ugly.🤬
