Exceeds expectation
Ordered a Velvetiser along with an introductory selection of hot chocolate as a gift. They are delighted with it and the hot chocolate is delicious. Also I have a 12 month subscription. Everything has been delivered in perfect condition and on time. The communication is excellent, efficient and accurate. Overall the whole experience has exceeded expectation and I highly recommend Hotel Chocolat.
