Decent platform, commission math checks out

Ran the numbers after my first full month: averaged 11.3% commission across all trips because most of my fares were in the $40-70 range hitting that 10-12% bracket. Compared to 25% elsewhere that's a meaningful difference. Nothing revolutionary about the app experience itself but the financial model is genuinely driver-friendly.
