I booked a job for 12-2pm for a service…
I booked a job for 12-2pm for a service and spark plug change. They strung me along from noon saying that they were still coming but couldn’t get to me until 1.30 Then as 2.30 comes and goes, 3pm they call and say they are still coming but have been held up. 3.30 they call me and say they can’t get the parts as it’s now too late. I mean they have only had this info since the time of making the booking so it shouldn’t have come as a surprise to them that they would need the parts. So now I’m stranded. It’s a commercial vehicle and this has now resulted in me having to cancel my clients and loss of income. If they had told me at 12 that they couldn’t make it I would have at least had some chance of finding another mechanic. Thanks for nothing and never ever again.
