Clinical negligence claim
It wouldn't be right for us not to share our story in case there is someone who is looking for decent advice and legal representation. A few years back, our DD suffered brain injury at birth and found ourselves with a child that needed lifetime care and support, something that we never imagined would happen to us. In a twinkling of an eye, life for us changed. Clinical negligence is not something that we automatically assumed, but as time progressed, we felt the need to seek advice. So why Irwin Mitchell Solicitors? We got in touch with a few law firms ( I will not mention any names as I'm not here to tanish their reputation ), but the first lawyer we spoke to was very keen to take on our case but on the condition that we agree to get 25k on the spot and he then gets to keep any winnings or loses of the case (hang up the phone if someone says this to you). The second lawyer wanted money upfront whether win or lose, another one just did not have time for us, if someone says drop me an email and I'll get back to you means they have too many clients and won't have time for you. When we contacted Irwin Mitchell LLP, they offered a home visit, took their time to explain who they were, what they do and how they work, clarity and transparency, which we appreciated very much. They never got tired of explaining things at every stage of the process and took our calls whenever we had questions. They also had an exhibition stand in Manchester (Kidz Up North), which we found very useful. honestly, we never expected a lot from the claim, but they have really exceeded our expectations, and they kept striving to achieve the best for our DD. I know they were only doing their job but, I really want to thank them as they have no idea how truly they have secured a better future for my DD. As DD is non verbal I render my gratitude on his behalf. If you ever want the dream team, ask for Dina Lambourne, Rachael Barrett, Sean Attwood, and Andrew Somers. And ask Dina to instruct James Rowley to be your barrister, and you will never be disappointed.
