Update....No, I don't want another fake pillow!!
Update on my other review: They are refusing to refund the counterfeit dreadful pillow unless I return it which we all know costs more than the rip off price. I asked for a refund explaining all my reasoning - basically all their claims are fraudulent and now I get a message saying they are sending me another pillow!! That is the last thing I want! Why on earth would they think that would solve anything?? Have they read my email?!! Just another one to take to the tip. I have escalated the case to a Pay Pal claim. A lapse of sanity in ordering this piece of potentially toxic fake 'memory foam' has been nightmare! I want my money back!!!
