Do not ignore negative reviews
In common with many Princess customers who have left reviews here, I too am left out of pocket. I had an excursion booked for our last day which included an airport transfer. A day or two before the end of the cruise we received a letter effectively stating that it wasn't financially viable to operate the excursion and consequently it was cancelled. The letter concluded by saying 'your understanding is appreciated'. I too have been chasing Princess for a refund to be informed that they are dealing with a 10 week backlog. I asked for an e-mail address for their complaints department to be told it is the same department that is dealing with my refund request (you couldn't make it up). I am not confident of a successful outcome as Princess Cruises have not claimed their profile on Trustpilot which rather suggests thay are not intersted in responding to the numerous negative reviews they receive.
