Reminicent of the worst kind of 1980's UK double glazing outfit.
We had our solar panels installed in May and we downloaded the app provided by the engineers,"Fox Cloud' , so that we could monitor our production and useage. The app showed that we have been producing more than we use from the outset. We were therefore very surprised to be get a bill for our electrical consumption in May. we contacted Engel and this was when we first learned that out electricity was supplied' by a powere distribution company named Alumbra Energia. We continued to get demands from June through to December but no answers to our questions. We provided screen shots from their app to show that in fact, they owed us for power we had produced surplus to our requirements. We also requested that they send an engineer to check that the system was operating as it should. There were no meaningful responses from Engel and emails to Alumbra simply resulted in a 'failed to deliver' message. We have switched supplier and lodged our complaints with the Spanish ombudsman, the Hoja De Reclamaciones. Strongly advise everyone to not only stay away from Engel but also to make sure any comany they deal with is in no way associated to Alumbra Energia
