8 days after taking payment and still no delivery updates
This review is a last attempt to get someone from BBK Direct to respond to my enquiries about a delivery date. Their website advises a delivery date will be provided within 24 hours of placing the order. I placed my order 8 days ago and still have received nothing! I have sent two webchats, two emails and tried calling several times over the last two days but the phone line has an automated message saying it will be down for a 'few hours' for maintenance. I am starting to get very worried that nearly £700 has been taken for an order that is not being acknowledged or will be delivered. I hope someone from BBK gets in touch with me and I will be happy to update this review depending on how the rest of my experience goes.
