After a rather unpleasant time this morning at Kia TowerHill Chipperfield , no matter the situation never call a customer a liar, 3 times in fact, never allow your ego to get in the way and never get defensive with the customer when it’s not necessary Never tell the customer they are being rude and bolshy Always listen , I mean listen to your customer and then see how things can be made right And this was from the manager. A very upsetting experience, we went to finalise buying a new electric car which we ordered a year ago I’m not sure I would have experienced this in BMW, Mercedes or Audi Inspire to be as good as the best
