I finished the last unit of my level 3

I finished the last unit of my level 3, supporting, teaching and learning in schools TA assistant course in February 2022 and I am still awaiting certificate. When I asked about the certificate months later, they told me that it had changed but that it was going to be mapped and I would get the certificate soon, months later they told me that it had changed and that I would need either to do extra work if I wanted it by the awarding body Cache. I am still awaiting the extra work that they say I would have to do. I hope that I can utilize the work that I have already done if they send it. This has gone long enough already. It has been a year since I submitted it and I am still in the same position that I was last year. Whilst I was doing the course the tutors were great but since I finished it has been terrible service. I have paid a lot for this course and I haven't even received my certificate. I was going to do more courses in Stonebridge but after what has happened I can't trust that I am going to get any more certificates. I have been let down by their system and my confidence in them has also been let down. I have been sending emails to customer services but nothing has been done since a year ago. So appalling service. I feel so let down by them
