Being a senior and making every dollar stretch I called with my concern with our ever growing expense at the grocery store and the kind young lady reassured me of my need for life assure and was able to reduce my monthly payment without making me feel foolish and humiliated.I commend her for her thoughtfulness and kindness towards me. I have also many times accidentally set off the unit and get nothing but kindness when they call to see if I'm okay true customer service! Thank you from heart.
