Total scam merchants at Alicante airport. Charged me for extra insurance, even though I said I didn’t want it and had my own. Unable to get hold of anyone to complain, so credit card company refunded me. However, then the Collection Department at Hertz Group came after me. Fly to Alicante every month and will never use any company in the Hertz Group again. Bunch of criminals!
