Great Encouragement!
Carda was so helpful to me when I was at a loss on how to cope with continued cardiac problems after my fourth ablation. It helped bridge the gap between my cardiologist and my continued cardiac rehab. My coach, Morgan, was such an inspiration. Her friendly face would appear on my screen and she would encourage me to take the next step, carry on and she gave me concrete things to do. During some disappointing episodes with my cardiac health, she hung in there with me and kept me going. I was so grateful. And now I will continue with the program, knowing I am doing everything I can to stay healthy and build stamina.
